Due to the nature of this trauma-informed work and the intimate class size, attendance at all live classes is required unless approved in advance.

INDEPENDENT LICENSED TEACHER

The student understands and acknowledges that this Ishtara course is being offered by an independent Licensed Teacher who is authorized to teach Ishtara. This agreement is between the student and the Licensed Teacher, Melissa Miller.

CANCELLATION POLICY

All reservations are non-refundable for any reason. Please ensure you are able to attend the course as scheduled before making your payment. By booking this course, the student agrees to the terms and conditions governing participation in Ishtara courses and programs.

NON-REFUNDABLE POLICY

This course includes somatic education and a moving meditation practice. Due to the nature of this work, all fees are non-refundable once paid. Students will receive Zoom links and all necessary materials before each session. It is the student’s responsibility to ensure they have the technology and bandwidth to participate. No refunds will be issued due to technical difficulties.

NOT THERAPY

The student understands that this course is not therapy, nor is it led by a licensed mental health professional. Ishtara courses are not a substitute for professional therapy or medical care. Participation is voluntary and the practices are educational and somatic in nature.

INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

The student agrees that all content, materials, and practices shared through the Ishtara Method are the sole intellectual property of ISHTARA. Students agree not to teach, share, rename, or modify this work as their own.

RELEASE AND WAIVER

Participation in Ishtara courses may carry a risk of emotional and/or physical discomfort. By enrolling, the student accepts full responsibility for knowing their own limits and participating with care. The student acknowledges that emotional and psychological responses may arise and agrees to hold harmless Melissa Miller, Tracy Harward, Ishtara, Anima Marketing Inc., and all affiliated persons or entities. If any legal claim is pursued, it is agreed that any compensation will be limited to a refund of tuition only.
