I've spent over twenty years as a professional actor in theater, television, and film.

Over the past several years, my work expanded into the study of somatics, embodiment and movement. Rather than taking me away from acting, it deepened my relationship to it.

It's given more a greater trust in the body, a deeper curiosity about human behavior, and the same love of storytelling that first drew me to the stage.
